The Cairns BMX Club Inc. Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held 6:45pm on Friday the 20th November 2015 at Cairns BMX Club, Scott Street, Cairns.

• This includes the wording of a special resolution to adopt new rules of the association. This resolution requires the approval of at least 75% of those members who are present and eligible to vote
o A copy of the proposed rules is also included

• Written nominations must be posted or emailed, marked CONFIDENTIAL to The Secretary, Cairns BMX Club. PO BOX 5538 Cairns Qld 4865 OR secretary@cairnsbmx.org.au
• Written nominations must be received by 5pm Friday the 14th November 2015
